The clients brief was for a full house refurbishment alongside an internal configuration to make best use of the space without the need to extend into the garden.
Working closely with Manu Interiors a design proposal was developed and refined to ensure each room fulfilled a specific purpose.

The kitchen at the rear of the property was transformed by replacing the dated windows and doors with Crittall, and the lean-to glass roof extension was replaced with a flat glass roof. The latter extended the length of the side return, allowing natural light to flood through into the middle room, affording a view of the trees at the rear of the garden.

The remainder of the property was completely refurbished with new fixtures and furnishing throughout, every detail from light switches to the skirtings and cornicing given careful consideration.
