A full house refurbishment spanning five floors with a loft extension and basement, this stunning Marylebone home offers 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 reception rooms, and a separate study. An external terrace with a roof light adds to the sense of space and natural light throughout.

The clients brief was for a full house refurbishment alongside an internal configuration to make best use of the space without the need to extend into the garden.


Working closely with Manu Interiors a design proposal was developed and refined to ensure each room fulfilled a specific purpose.

This was a collaborative project with Elemental Studio an interior design practise, which required architectural services to fulfil the construction side of the brief.

Carysfort Road N8

The client wanted to extend into their side return but simultaneously retain natural light in the dining room, which was located in the central part of the house.

Grosvenor Road N10

The brief for this project was to extend into the side return and further out into the garden. We combined the living areas to form an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area.

The brief was to reconfigure the internal space to open-up the existing living areas in order to create an open plan design more suited to a young family.

Dukes Avenue N10

The brief from this client was to transform two existing bedrooms into a single master bedroom, with an accompanying walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.

This ground and first floor garden flat was cluttered, small and had bedrooms located on the ground floor. The client requested a full reconfiguration of the property, opening up the living space and re-locating the bedrooms to the first floor.

Windermere N10

The garden room, housing a gym and sauna, was designed to maximise sunlight for solar panels, accommodating 13 panels, two solar batteries, and a heat pump condenser to supply sustainable energy to the main home. The design also complements the garden setting, with timber cladding used to blend seamlessly into the outdoor environment.

Princess Avenue N22

The brief was to open up the side return to create a spacious kitchen and meals area seamlessly connected to the lounge rooms at the front of the property.
